My wife and I have
used the services of Bob Phelps, Realtor, on two occasions. We
met Bob in year 1999 through friends who moved to Tucson several
years before. We got to know Bob and he got to know
us. Bob picked up on our likes and dislikes on houses and options during our visits to Arizona.
In 2000, we decided
we to move to Arizona thus we needed a house in the Tucson Area.
We contacted Bob and asked him to start looking for
a house of a certain model in the Saddlebrooke Community.
In a very short time Bob located a house that fit our request.
Bob handled everything long distance since we were
still living in Maryland. Our trust in Bob was unwavering, for
we purchased our new home sight unseen.
Bob handled the financing,
inspection, title search all long distance. Bob
furnished great pictures of the property as well as the landscaping
. When we moved permanently to Tucson in January
2001, we were not disappointed. The house was everything we wanted, everything Bob said it was . . . we
loved it.
In 2005. we again
used Bob's expertise to sell our home in Saddlebrooke. Bob sat
down with my wife and I and reviewed our home's upgrades.
He then took us to look at homes in Saddlebrooke of
the same model which were for sale. Bob educated us as to what
our home should be priced at for the current market.
He wanted us to be comfortable with the price we listing for our
home. Since Bob helped
us price our house competitively, we sold our home in 3 weeks and
got an excellent price. We were thrilled.
Since our first meeting with
Bob and during our two real estate transactions we have found
Bob to be respectful, honest, punctual, diplomatic
with the truth, personable, knows what you want from a house before you have figured it out and fun!
There is no question
that my wife and I would use Bob with any future real estate
transactions. We also recommend his services to our
friends, family, and co-workers with confidence that he
will provide the same high quality service for them
as well.
