From the day we first contacted Bob by phone, from out of state to this day three years after he represented us in the purchase of our home in Saddlebrooke, Bob has always been there for us. When we decided to buy in Saddlebrooke but were still living in California Bob kept us up to date on what was on the market, sending us pictures he took of houses he thought we may be interested in, advising us of market conditions, sending us literature of the Tucson area and patiently answering all the questions buyers, especially out of state buyers always seem to come up with.

When we made our trip to Saddlebrooke to decide between the houses we were interested in Bob showed us and then re-showed us a number of homes all the while giving us expert advise as to the good and less desirable points of each home. He pointed out the value of a view home over those without a view, he explained desirable neighborhood features and he very honestly told us which houses were priced right or overpriced.

When we finally made our selection, Bob's professionalism in negotiating with the sellers agent got us the house we really wanted at a fair and reasonable price. Bob was with us throughout the entire closing process handling everything at this end while we were packing up and getting ready to move.

Since then we have stayed in touch with Bob if we have any questions concerning the market conditions, or other questions about real estate in general.
