I was looking
for a second home in Arizona (I lived out-of-state),
and had friends who purchased at Saddlebrooke. I was referred
to their
agent, and gave her a call. She spent no time with
me, pushed me off to her web site, and told me to call her
bock after I took a look. I never did.
I started
searching on the web and found the site, TuscsonHouseFinder.com.
Bob and I started corresponding via email.
He asked questions to find out what was important to me and
started sending me listings. I had plans to only be
in Tucson for
a few days. Bob showed me literally ever listing that was currently
available, over a two day period. We wrote an offer as I
was leaving town and via the trip "Back Home" we discussed
our counter offer.
Over
the next sixty days we kept in touch. It was a seamless
transaction, the house closed on time, and Bob was always available
to answer any questions or concerns that came up. I always appreciated
his "No Pressure" approach! It is
important to trust the individual you're
working with in such an important decision.You will
