At this particular time, with the Real Estate market as unstable as it is, it is imperative that if you are looking for a home you need a Realtor who knows the market, the area, what you are looking for and, what is important to you. Bob Phelps delivers in all these areas.

We moved to Saddlebrooke from Oregon. We began looking at property on the Internet in the Spring of 2007. We hooked up with a realtor and made a trip out here. The trip was unsuccessful mostly because the realtor was unprepared and had little knowledge of Saddlebrooke. We were very disappointed.

Several months later we again searched the Internet and rediscovered Bob Phelps. Fifteen years earlier Bob had represented us in the purchase of a home in Oregon. After confirming he was the same Bob Phelps we began looking again for a home in Saddlebrooke. After several e-mails back and forth we made another trip. Bob showed us several homes over three days pointing out pros and cons of not only the houses but the different areas in Saddlebrooke. It was a terrific experience and we were able to purchase a beautiful Saddlebrooke home. The entire exercise went off without a hitch as Bob kept us informed at each step along the way.
