When we finally made our selection, Bob's professionalism in negotiating with the sellers agent got us the house we really wanted at a fair and reasonable price. Bob was with us throughout the entire closing process handling everything at this end while we were packing up and getting ready to move.

Since then we have stayed in touch with Bob if we have any questions concerning the market conditions, or other questions about real estate in general. We have also stayed in touch with Bob because we consider him a very honest, very professional, very skilled real-estate agent. Even more important, we consider him a good friend.
