We worked with Bob Phelps during
the spring of 2004 to search for and purchase a home in Saddlebrooke,
Arizona. We were walk-ins to his office when we met him and he
immediately made us feel at ease and lucky that he was available
for us. He listened to our wants and needs, comfort area with price
and generally, spent some time to get to know us and learn what
kind or style of home we would like. He was was patient with us
as we
worked to discover that for ourselves.
During our time working with
him, he wes able to select homes that fit our budget and lifestyle
as well as homes that had the features and characteristics that
we would like. We had a good time as we toured the homes. worked
through the issues of each and, just generally enjoyed the process
of finding a home to purchase. His sense of humor and personality
fit us perfectly and we moved from a Realtor-Client relationship
to friendship.
As we worked through the process
of making offers and negotiating with sellers, Bob's advice and
guidance was excellent. He did not push or try influence us in
one direction or another unless it was evident to him that we were
looking at something we should avoid. He was always right on.
We purchased a perfect home for
us. One that he found on thc market as he got to know us and it
was a match. It didn't take long; he was always on the watch for
our place."
We learned that Bob's character
and his sense of duty to client is in the right place. He helped
us work through some difficult issues with our home purchase that
made us feel grateful to have him represent our interests, even
if it meant no commission for him. He is the kind of guy you want
in your corner.
We always refer our friends
and acquaintances looking for homes in our area to Bob. He does
a wonderful job with people.
