I was looking for a second home
in Arizona (I lived out-of-state), and had friends who purchased
at Saddlebrooke. I was referred to their agent, and gave her a
call. She spent no time with me, pushed me off to her web site,
and told me to call her bock after I took a look. I never did.
I started searching on the web
and found the site, TuscsonHouseFinder.com. Bob and I started corresponding
via email. He asked questions to find out what was important to
me and started sending me listings. I had plans to only be in Tucson
for a few days. Bob showed me literally ever listing that was currently
available, over a two day period. We wrote an offer as I was leaving
town and via the trip "Back Home" we discussed our counter
offer.
Over
the next sixty days we kept in touch. It was a seamless transaction,
the house closed on time, and Bob was always available to answer
any questions or concerns that came up. I always appreciated his "No
Pressure" approach! It is important to trust the individual
you're working with in such an important decision.You will find
no better individual to work with, than Bob Phelps.
