Bob was the realtor that listed
and sold our home in Saddlebrooke. The housing market had been
slow due to the sub-prime situation, and it took more than six
months for our home to sell. While we understood the situation,
this was the unfortunate reality when we listed our home.
What made matters tolerable was
the constant communication from Bob, providing information on how
many sales occurred, how long homes were taking to sell and keeping
us informed. Further, he offered guidance on improvements to make
our home more attractive to buyers, as well as pricing strategies.
He was quick to answer our many phone and email messages throughout
this period.
He maintained his high morale
during numerous open house showings, often with few visitors. Again
and again, he executed well and didn't miss a beat. I suspect that
home sales are a difficult calling during good times, but this
period was simply tough.
We'd characterize Bob as persistant
and a gentleman. He's patient, professional, and most importantly,
delivers on his commitments.
